All Tanglaw Ilaw products are handmade with care, so we follow a scheduled system for delivery and pick-up. Please review our guidelines below:

1. Scheduled Delivery & Pick-Up
Delivery and pick-up must be scheduled in advance.
Once your order is ready, we will coordinate with you to confirm the date and time.

2. No Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery
Because our items are handcrafted and prepared per order, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery.
We want to ensure every item is made fresh and properly cured before dispatch.

3. Order Processing Time
For orders placed through our website, delivery will be made 5 days after the order is placed.
This allows us enough time to prepare, craft, and quality-check your items.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and chosen courier. Fees will be shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability of the receiver, re-delivery fees may apply.
