Order Requirements
Minimum order: 20 pieces
Scent options per order:
20 pcs → up to 1 scent
40 pcs → up to 2 scents
60 pcs and up → up to 3 scents
Lead time: Minimum 3 weeks from design approval. Orders needing a shorter turnaround will incur a rush fee of 10% of the total order value.
Please send us your event invitation — we'll match the label and tag design to it for a cohesive look.
Design Approval: All label and tag designs are subject to buyer's approval before production begins. Includes up to 1 free revision; additional revisions may incur a fee.
Delivery/Pick-up: Items are for pick-up once ready. Delivery fee, if requested, is for the buyer's account (arranged via courier/Lalamove/Grab, etc. at buyer's expense).
After Checkout Once your order is placed, we'll message you directly to confirm your preferred scent(s) (based on your quantity tier), event date/deadline, and to request your invitation design. We'll send you a design proof (up to 1 free revision) for approval before we proceed with production.
